Our clients came to us with a simple request: "add character!" Their Doylestown, PA home, built in the 1990s, is well-built and meticulously maintained, but has not really been updated since it was built. So...it's time!
With a showpiece [yet efficient and practical kitchen], a dining room with custom oak paneling, a new mudroom ready to support a busy family, and completely overhauled family living spaces, this home is getting more than a facelift - it's getting completely reinvigorated! On the second floor, the primary suite is the real star of the show, with custom cabinetry, custom marble tile, a beautiful dressing area, and timeless finishes.
We're also finishing the basement, to include a guest bedroom, office, kitchenette, entertaining area, bathroom, playroom, and gym, as well as strategic storage.
Rounding out the project is an overhaul of the HVAC system, other system upgrades, and strategic staging for future upgrades in the unfinished attic.
